The save starts off right after the tutorial. I suggest starting a new save and playing the first few minutes until you get the “Graduation Day” (Completed The Tutorial For One Of The Kingdoms), & “New Allies” (Unlocked An Officer) trophies. Then you can load this save up. You might be able to get both either way. Not entirely sure tho.
