This is my Modded save file ( this is a test) for Elder Ring

P.s : Some people say that trophy not popup....For me working ( see the picture attached ). I use the save of my friend that have defeat the first two bosses

I think what we are referring to is the trophies for the first two bosses don't pop when loading. All other trophies work if you progress through.

Is there a way to make a save where your health is at 99 but not modded and everything else is modded? Thank you.

When i have item ids

The uploaded starter modded save I think has all the armor sets of all class, I don't know if that could help you for the item ids.
