Scroll up a bit, you see "PS Bot" (the one with gold and black icon) hit "Get Started" button.
Then, in the chat it will create with you, type /decrypt, choose "false" for "include_sce_sys" parameter.
Then submit you save file for it to decrypt (the .bin and non-.bin files).
Wait for it to finish, and you can download a zip containing memory.dat wich is you decrypted save.

Then open memory.dat on it, then select a save slot, now you can modify the relics yourself.

After modding, you need to encrypt the save in the bot again before copying to yor console.

Step 1: You need to get your save and decode it. There are other post on here about how to decode it and open it up in the mod app of your choosing.

Step 2: Find the relic you want to change the effects on. I usually have my game open on one screen and Save Wizard and the spreadsheet open on the other. You need to search for the hex id of the effects on the relic you want to mod. Example: My relic that I want to change has the effects Arcane +3, HP Restoration Upon Hammer Attacks, and Improved Guard Counters. So I will go into the spreadsheet and find the hex id for Arcane +3 which is 7ED26A00. Now search for that ID which should be the first effect on the relic because they go in order of what you see in the game. Once I find a relic that has the hex id 7ED26A00 I'm going to check the other two to make sure they match. So for HP Restoration Upon Hammer Attacks the ID is 90047000 and for Improved Guard counter is 646C6B00. Once I find all of those number together I know that I found the relic I want to modify.

Step 3: Find the hex ID for the effect you want to add and overwrite the existing effect. So lets say I want to change the Arcane +3 to Ultimate Art Gauge +3. Well the hex ID for Ultimate Art Gauge +3 is 46D36A00 so I'm going to go start at the 7 for 7ED26A00 and start typing the new hex ID in for the new effect. You do that for each effect you want to change. If you are wanting to modify a relic that has only one or two effects then the hex IDs would be replace by F. Also the ids are in groups of two for a total of four groups for one effect. Example on the spreadsheet it reads 7ED26A00 but in the editor it will read 7E D2 6A 00.

Step 4: Once you are done editing, save the file and transfer it back to your PS. This is kind of self explanatory you will need to save and recode (if that's the correct word) your file before transferring back to your PS.
