My save of over 140 hours is corrupted, and I really don't want to start again.

If it helps I had just beaten Hoarah Loux, but I don't really mind where the save is from (to a degree) - just can't be arsed starting all over.

(also no cheats or anything, I don't want to get banned, just want a legit save)
