Specific Trophies: N/A
CUSA: CUSA01440 → need converted to CUSA01439

Note: this isn't a request for a generic/starter save — I have my own
personal save (3 manual saves + checkpoints, ~16MB each, from 2022)
that's locked to CUSA01440. My current installed version is CUSA01439
(same game, same EU region, different product code — confirmed via
CDPR support). Would anyone with Save Wizard or similar be willing to
convert my existing save so it works under CUSA01439? Happy to upload
the files. Thanks in advance!

Do it by yourself with Garlic

Thanks for telling me about Garlic.

I tried Resign on Garlic to get a new CUSA version, copied the result onto my USB and transferred it to my PS5, but I still don't see the save file in-game.

Could you walk me through what steps I actually need to fix that specifically? Not sure which tool on Garlic handles it.
