Evilnat 4.90 trophies?

Hi,

I've just installed Evilnat CFW 4.90 onto one of my PS3 consoles. Is it possible to hack trophies like I remember doing in the pass about 3-4 years ago, using other CFW. Do they also sync the the PSN servers?
