apologies, i know the reason why. It's because when i made the save, i had to reload a checkpoint and i forgot to pick up the 9th note so the note in the save is actually the 9th note rather than the 10th. Good thing is you can use pretty much any of the saves from 6-11 and you should be able to unlock the trophy by picking up any random note found around the map

Has anyone successfully used these on a USA version of FC4? I cannot seem to re-region them (always seems to be my original save, not the one I imported during the re-region), and they don’t work if I only resign them…
