You must first use a save-resigner to be able to use someone else's save files and make them your own.

After that, it's as simple as transferring the save files you want to use onto the PS4 version of FF7, using a USB stick.
Upload the save in-game, and then you can download it back onto the PS5 version.
(You can do this without a PS4, using PS5's backwards compatibility.)
