Yes, but there's a catch.
Only the trophies you've already unlocked on the PS4 version will convert over.
If you have 60% on PS4, only 60% of them will autopop on PS5 etc.
Can you confirm you already have the platinum on PS4 and this is happening on the PS5 version?
Otherwise, there's the problem.
This save only auto-pops PS5 trophies, and only those you've already unlocked on the PS4 version using other saves first.
This save exists mainly for those that have either lost their endgame save, or want a fully completed save in the hopes we can transfer some of it into the next part.
It wasn't really designed with trophies in mind.
