Whether the trophy pops also depends on whether the proile (system data hasn't been updated)
For example, you get the trophy and you share both profile and save. If the person resigns the updated profile and acquires the requirements for the trophy, the trophy won't pop. The other way around also, if someone loads a platinum save and the profile gets updated, you will not get any trophies on your original save, unless you have your original profile backed up.
