Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster US version SaveWizard problems

Is anyone able to get the max stats cheats to work in savewizard for this game? Trying FFVI now and some of the stats are boosted to 127 and the HP are a little over 1,000. Happens with FFV too. FFVI game ID is CUSA33837. Save Wizard allows me to edit the save. Max gil works with no issue. Not sure what to do at this point.

I have emailed SW support with my attached save files. If anyone is experiencing the same issue with VI or any of the other games in the collection, I'd recommend sending them in with a brief explanation of what's going on. I have seen a couple others on X having same problems. Hopefully they revisit these games and fix whatever is going on with them.

I would recommend just going in to Advanced Mode. The codes for this game don't work and SW has NEVER fixed any game I've ever reported.

Luckily Advanced Mode in this game is clearly labelled and about halfway down you can read the ASCII data to find and see the stats (they are literally written by name).

You can click on the ASCII Table and just write over the Values. Vitality 03... just write over 03 with 99. Etc Only change those values. Good luck!

Thanks! Will try this for sure

I didn't have much luck using the built in her editor so I exported the .sav file and used HxD to adjust the values since you can insert character digits. Everything starts as 0 then you have to hit the insert key to type in both digits for the 99 and it worked! Thanks again for the info!

This worked, thanks. SW rarely if ever fixes anything, very annoying.
