Ok so you are being plagued by those cross chat issues while playing with friends who are on different platforms! Well don't worry, here is the fix you all have been looking for!
Here is a step by step tutorial on how to fix this!
Steps:
1.) Go into Documents
2.) Go into Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
3.) Go into Players Folder, and clear out everything in there besides adv_option.ini file
4.) Open adv_options.ini
5.) Change the option ConfigCloudStorageEnabled from 1 to 0 & save!
5.) Launch the game and it should be fixed. It will basically make everything seem like you are launching the game for the first time. So set the options to your liking and you should be good to go!
