This is my modded starter save right after the scene in the bathroom in the first save point of the game.
I modded this starter save with plenty of medical kits so you won't have problems with enemy damage and when you acquire the 4 weapons in the game they will already have practically infinite ammunition, and maximum upgrade points for you to increase the level of weapons and camera.
Note: the 4 weapons in the game will already have enough ammunition and no reloading, so discard all types of ammunition that you find in the game, because if you reload with any ammunition, they will exchange the current ammunition for an ammunition kit and your weapon will return to reload again.

With this save you can get all the trophies below
and regarding the "invincible" trophy just kill the final boss without taking any damage, after the cutscene you will be in the mine go ahead and after the cutscene choose the path to the left and take the "Gemstone" on the cart to obtain the "Collector" trophy then follow the path until the end of the game.Trophies:
