New Theme.
Add option settings.
Add 12 Background.
Changing the color of the mod is now available to everyone "You find it in the settings".
Change font and color The name of the ModLoadee now available for everyone.
Add Max Options to change the number of options that appear to the user.
Add �signin PSN and the title flash. "You can find it in the settings".
The user ID now appears in the SUBBanner.
Add 9 new modmenus. As requested by users
Update two modmenus
Update the Changelog list to look more detailed.
