Requirements:
-MOC with Personal Vehicle Storage
-Nightclub with Terrorbyte and Oppressor MK2 inside of it
-RC Tank or RC Bandito
-Cars you want to lose

Go to the LSCM and enter on foot.
Go to any Test Vehicle and enter the Test Track alone.
Once inside request a job from Simeon, Gerald or Martin, make sure it's the first job on the list because it will require being extremely quick.
Once the job arrives, drive back to the entrance and as soon as the cars starts braking (the brake lights turn on), press up on the D-Pad and spam A/X to open the job list, get on the job itself and accept it, that's why it needs to be quick, it should get you in the job with the flashing background.
Back out of the job and go outside of the LSCM on foot.
Request your Oppressor MK2 and go to your Nightclub.
Once arrived, try to enter the Terrorbyte garage to store the MK2, you should get the black and white flashing screen, press Y/Triangle to get out of the Oppressor and fall below the map.
Once you're back on the map, request the RC Bandito or Tank, stay a couple seconds on it and back out.
You're now glitched out, you can continue with the GCTF glitch as before the patch.
