Hello, i have a ps4 save that i have tried to use on a usb (PS4/SAVEDATA/user ID/then the CUSA34384) one person in reddit pointed out that it wont work because the saves aren't embedded with my account id...is there something that im doing wrong path wise or is it the case that the save file has to be edited with savewizard, and if so is it possible for someone to do that for me i would compensate of course.

No one here will risk having their save wizard license revoked. Your better shot is either buying it for yourself or finding someone with a jb ps4 to do it for you. PM me if you're interested.
