Sorry if this a dumb question and I'm new to this sorta thing, but will my trophies that I've obtained already repop up with new dates and times when using these saves? Or is it just the ones I don't have yet? Thanks in advance!

Just the ones you don't have yet. Beware of ilegit time stamps because this game has auto-pop on PS4 as well.
