You can find your own IDString by exporting any PS4 save into a USB device and checking on a computer.

when i try to load the game save. it saves it is for another player. how do i make the save playable for my username? im using my PS5 playing the ps4 version.

You must resign the save to your profile ID using a program called Save Wizard.
