First off, let me apologize for being a noob... and if my questions are dumb.

1. I downloaded the zip save file to my laptop. How do I get it over to the PS5? Can I do it from a thumb drive or what do I need to do this?

2. When applying this save file, will I lose all the credits and garage cars I have earned so far (is this like starting from scratch)?

3. Can I save my current GT7 save file somewhere externally (because according to the instructions, I need to delete the save file I have)? I am worried if this doesn't work and I delete the save file, I have lost everything and I don't want to start over from the beginning.

I hope someone is still monitoring this thread and I thank you in advance for your answers and apologize again for silly questions, but I have never done anything like this before.

hi friend, it's been a month since i've updated anything here i'm focused only on youtube, but if you watch i even left a video tutorial in the post i think if you watch it carefully you won't have any problem getting your platinums, so you don't run any risk to ask for your progress just save your backup somewhere safe.

Thank you for the fast reply! I found your youtube video and have been searching the internet for more help with this.

Can you answer me the 1 question though? When this is applied, will I lose all my earned credits and cars?

For those wonderring, in April 2024 the save and insta plat still works, but for the PS5 version, instead of deleteing network settings you simply (after you get back online) you simply start the PS5 version and the Plat should pop there.
