It looks like the Chain Burst Champion trophy isn't popping on any of these late saves. Is there something really specific about this trophy where you have to be the first in the chain of attacks?
I got it with LOVRA's saves. It was a bit a of a pain but eventually popped against a boss on Hard using Full Assist mode if that helps.
It doesn’t matter whether you start the Skybound Art or one of your companions starts it.
What matters is that all four characters chain their Skybound Arts together so you trigger a Full Chain Burst.
It’s much easier to get the trophy during a boss fight with high HP, since the fight lasts longer and gives you more time to set everything up.
You need to fill the Skybound Art gauge (the bar in the top-left corner, below your HP bar).
Your AI companions can also activate their Skybound Arts, but you need to make sure that everyone’s SBA gauge is full so all four characters can use their Skybound Art in sequence.
Suggestion:
You can equip the Nimble Onslaught and Uplift sigils on yourself and your companions to charge Skybound Arts faster.
- Uplift increases SBA gain.
- Nimble Onslaught helps you build gauge more quickly through combat actions.

Do you happen to remember which save you used for it?
Scratch it fellas. I got it using the save for Chain Burst Champion. Just keep at it for those of you that may feel like it isn't going to pop. In LOVRA's folder of saves, don't bother using a save listed after the one for Chain Burst Champion. I don't think it can pop after it's already popped on the save.
And definitely equip the uplift and nimble onslaught sigils!Last edited:
I took it into account and checked the save file, and it turns out it was indeed a mistake with the save (I’m not even sure how that happened).
I verified it by going to Luaria’s Journal → Trophies → Battle → Bursting with Power, and from there I saw that I was at 74 out of 100
I’ve taken care of it and prepared everything — you just need to perform one full Burst, and the trophy will pop [I have updated that file]

NOTE: On Maniac and Proud difficulty, you cannot use Full Assist mode, on any other difficulty you can use it, but you should lower or remove the sigils that increase your damage and damage cap because you’ll defeat the bosses too quicklylycannaryko

Could you download my save set again and try it one more time using the file (25. Chain Burst Champion) (image) alguse00The sigils are combined and at max level. I didn’t farm Alpha, Beta, or Gamma since they weren’t required for the platinum trophy, but the content is unlocked if you want to farm them. As for Sandalphon, you have his personal sigils (purple ones) and his weapon haseoxvii
Has anyone else gotten this trophy with the latest saves? It didn't pop after the 100th burst, what I read is also 2,3 people bursts count towards the trophy but those are not being counted anywhere so probably in that save the trophy already pop
