For the instant Platinum on the
PS5 version,
you don’t need to own the PS4 version of the game only a save file from the
PS4 version. When you launch the
PS5 version, you’ll have the option to use
cross-save
The game gives you
full assist mode, feel free to use it if you can’t do something.
(You can move, use skills, and dodge; the AI can’t move, but it can do everything else)
