This save file is suitable for anyone who used cheats for the Lilia Journal and subsequently failed to unlock the "Ultimate" difficulty completion trophy due to a bug.
I have confirmed that clearing Chapter 1 on Ultimate difficulty unlocks the trophy. I’ve also collected all treasure chests (except for those in Chapter 1), so you can unlock the treasure chest achievement as well.
For the episode-related trophy, you only need to clear the "Gandagoza" episode to unlock it.
Characters have been unlocked up to Sandalphon, and all characters have been limit-broken for Attack, Skill Cap, Skill Damage Cap, and Skill Damage.
All Proto Bahamut weapons have been obtained; for most characters (except about three), the weapon bonuses (sigil traits) have been set up with roughly Crit Rate +20, Damage Cap +15, and Crit Rate +10.
