I was max muscle and couldn't date one of the girlfriends so I losted the weight to date the final girlfriend for the trophy I didn't know it caused a glitch to happen after achieving 100% You can still gain the muscle back just eat food and ride a bike or run or swim

By the way, there is a bug in the Chiliad challenge. There is a high probability that the bike will not be refreshed at the top of the mountain. You can ride the bike from the wooden house at the foot of the mountain to the starting point and get on the bike again to trigger the Chiliad challenge.
