Here goes my 100% save plus a couple of saves I made back in 2017, before Wizard and P2.
It's mostly for the trophy Take the Cannoli (Godfather rank), which is obtainable by earning $1 more.
Fastest way is by collecting the Vercetti State's daily income (staircase outside the mansion).
Note that you must already have obtained the trophy Bloodstained Hands in case you're looking for
legit time stamps. Recommendation is to wait at least 12 hours between these trophies.

Bloodstained Hands and Take the Cannoli will also pop if you still don't have them.
Won't pop the trophy Take the Cannoli (Godfather Rank), then you should wait a few hours to get it if you want legit time stamps.
Repeat Offender: 1 more wanted star.
Straight to the Dome: 1 more headshot
Point A to Point B: drop off 1 more passenger driving the taxi.
High Quality H2O: extinguish 1 more fire.

Keepie-Uppy Okie Dokie: earn a high score of 5 with the Keepie-Uppy beach ball.
Running Rampant: complete Vigilante Mission level 12
Did Somebody Call the Wambulance?: complete Paramedic Mission level 12.
