I completed and got the platinum on PS5, I liked the game so much that I decided to play it on PS4 and at the same time make a complete save set for getting the platinum exclusively for the P2 community
Attention!
Saves have auto pop of some of the completed trophies. Therefore, to make everything look as legitimate as possible, use the saves in chronological order or at your own risk, if you need a specific trophy, make sure that you already have the trophies before.

PS4/PS5 Autopop & Save Transfer: No Save Transfer, No Autopop
Save 1
Skelly Slayer – Slay Skelly 15 times
You'll get automatically when you load the save
Three-Headed Boy – Pet Cerberus 10 times
Wait couple minutes later, pet Cerberus and get the trophy.
Save 2
Escaped Tartarus - Clear Tartarus
The boss has been killed. Just go through two rooms and get the trophy.
Save 3
Well Stocked - Buy 9 ‘Well of Charon’ items in one escape attempt
Buy three items in the Well of Charon in the current location and proceed to the next location. The trophy will pop upon arrival
Save 4
Escaped Asphodel - Clear Asphodel
The boss has been killed. Just go through room and get the trophy.
Save 5
Escaped Elysium - Clear Elysium
The boss has been killed. Just go through room and get the trophy.
Save 6
Is There No Escape? - Clear an escape attempt
You will have to kill Hades for the first time by yourself. It’s not hard, the build is perfect for a safe fight.
Just shoot Shot at the boss whenever you can. After they fall out of the boss, don’t pick them up, so that Zeus lightning constantly strikes everything around. All the rest of the time, just Dash around and throw your shield at him when possible.
Easy peasy.

Arms Collector – Unlock each of the Infernal Arms
Just buy the Adamant Rail weapon in the armoury room
Save 8
Thanks, But No Thanks – Purge a Legendary Boon
Just sell legendary boom in blood pool in the room.
Save 9
Friends in High Places – Use Greater Call to invoke an Olympian’s aid
Save 9-1 Start the boss fight, collect 4 energy bar on Minotaur and activate the Call ability.
Save 9-2 Test alternative version: talk to Cerberus and start the boss fight, energy builds up automatically, wait for full energy and activate the ability.
Save 10
Bad Call – Use an Olympian’s Greater Call against them in a Trial
Choose Demeter Boon first, collect 4 energy bar and activate the Call ability. Don’t kill all mobs, lets them resurrect for collect energy.
Save 11
Blessed by the Gods – Earn access to and enter the Administrative Chamber
Enter the Administrative Chamber, which is to the left side near Achilles. Once you step in, the trophy will pop.
Save 12
Day-or-Night – Trade 20 times with the Wretched Broker
Buy 1 item from the merchant and enter Zagreus’ room. The trophy will pop.
Home Makeover – Pay for 50 jobs from the House Contractor
Visit the Contractor and buy all the items in the Lounge section. After that, enter Zagreus’ room and the trophy will pop.

Blessed by the Gods – Choose 100 different Olympian Boon effects
Start a run, take a Boon from Dionysus and reroll to get Dionysus’ Aid or After Party
Save 14
Hold the Onions – Clear an Infernal Gate without taking damage
Enter the Infernal Gate. Run around the room, spam the Special attack quickly 3 times and the normal Attack if possible. Focus on the mages, then the skull. At the end, all the others.

To Charon’s Credit – Earn a Loyalty Card
Take the bag behind Charon, defeat him in battle and pick up the loyalty card. The trophy will pop up. In the battle, actively charge the shield with Cast and and use Dragon Rush (hold attack) after.

Weapon of Fate – Clear an escape attempt with a hidden Weapon Aspect
Talk to Cerberus and proceed next chamber. You will have to kill Hades on your own. It’s not hard, the build is perfect for a safe fight. In the battle, actively charge the shield with Cast and and use Dragon Rush (hold attack) after.

River Denizens – Catch a fish from each region
Catch a fish and go to the next room. The trophy will pop up after that.
Save 18
Champion of Elysium – Clear Elysium with the ‘Extreme Measures’ Condition
Go to the next room and use the fountain. The Trophy will pop up.
Save 19
Nyx’s Mirror – Have at least one rank in each Mirror of Night Talent
Buy the last perk Stubborn Defiance and exit Zagreus’ room. Trophy will pop up.
Save 20
Death Dealer – Beat Thanatos by 15 kills or more
This is the most random trophy, so you will have to farm it yourself. I prepare this save, everything is ready for farming (great build). When entering, lower your health with lava to 20. Then try to run with a low amount of health. Choose only normal rooms, where there are no bosses. If Thanatos does not appear by the 34th room, repeat again. I managed to catch him on the 3rd try, beat him 23-2.

The Family Secret – Complete the main quest in the story
Just talk to Persephone. After that, the final credits will start and which you can’t skip, so you can use this time to take break.

Something From Everyone – Unlock each standard Keepsake
Just talk to Hades.
Save 23
Thorn of Thanatos – Get 30% bonus damage with the Pierced Butterfly
Complete one more room without taking damage and get the trophy. I recommend the left room with Ares.

Blood Bound – Max any Weapon Aspect
Just upgrade any Zagreus’ sword aspect to lv.5
Save 25
Rare Collectible – Equip a Chthonic Companion
Give Skelly bottle of Ambrosia. After that, equip his companion from the Keepsake box in the weapon room.

Grown Close – Forge a bond with any character
Give Hades a bottle of Nectar. After that, go to Zagreus’ room. The trophy will pop up.

Haste of Hermes – Get 20% dodge chance with the Lambent Plume
Complete one more room, I recommend the right room with Hermes. OP build, easy trophy.

Chthonic Colleagues – Fulfill the ‘Chthonic Colleagues’ Prophecy
Master of Arms – Fulfill the ‘Master of Arms’ Prophecy
Slashed Benefits – Fulfill the ‘Slashed Benefits’ Prophecy

Had to Happen – Fulfill any 15 Prophecies
All Prophecies are done. Claim them in the order indicated above, take a pause between getting the trophies. For the last trophy for 15 Prophecies, you must take all the completed Prophecies that are not related to the trophies.

Talk to Orpheus. Let him finish singing and talk to him once he stops. After that, go to Zagreus’ room. The trophy will pop up.

Gift one bottle of Ambrosia to Achilles. The trophy for companions will pop up when you enter Zagreus’ room. After that, talk to Persephone to start the cutscene. At the end, you will get the trophy for the epilogue.
All Prophecies are done. Claim them, take a pause between getting the trophies.
All Skelly prizes are done. Reveal them in weapon room.
