Use the save/load method by fishing all the fish in the pond. If you get the Redeye or tiger eye, save, then load and the fish will show up again. If you get 1 of the 2 you don't need to save anymore, just load until you get the last one.

This Land Is My Land Find all moving locations.

Most of the other trophies are story ones. You can try rushing them with my starter save. There's only 4 story ones (one each region) and the ending one is here. If you're talking about the dlc ones, I'm not sure. These farming games are a headache to make saves even with cheats
