Help license save wizard

I need help

My Save wizard requires the license key. Strangely enough, I can't find it anywhere. After 5 years, it no longer works. Customer service is also unresponsive. I have now bought save wizard new, but did not receive a confirmation e-mail with an order no. What shall I do

They gave you a solution? what type of license did you buy since I had the online version and I just see that I can no longer enter
