Help needed to resign PS4 save file for The Last of Us Remastered (EU version)

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to use a 100% completed save file of The Last of Us Remastered (EU version) to get the platinum trophies easily.
I downloaded a save from the internet, but when I try to copy it to my PS4 USB stick and load it, I get the error “The saved data belongs to another user.”

I’ve heard I need to “resign” the save file to match my PS4 profile, but I don’t know how to do it or which tools to use.
I only have files like SaveData00, SaveData00.bin, SaveData02, etc., but I can’t find or edit the param.sfo file.
I’ve tried multiple methods, but nothing works so far.

Could someone please help me with a safe and easy way to resign or customize these save files so they work on my profile?
Or if you know a reliable tool or tutorial, please share it.
