am getting failed to transfer the save data, am using digital copies of hogwarts

even tho it says that it worked

copy ps4 save
make a save transfer from ps4 to ps5
the game says it failed so close the ps5 app and start it
load the last manual save

can confirm all US saves work as descripted. some have extra level 40 saves and Hogwarts legacy seems bugged with loading ps4 saves. i got around that by just backing out of the menu (where it says press X to start) and the save appeared even if it said failed. you will have to find another post or re-region for The Aurors Apprentice trophy but that was easy as well.
