I have resigned the the folder inside Save 1 - 4 at least three times now but when I start the game all the saves are empty I have resigned the saves through save wizard the same way I resign all my saves but the saves will not appear am I doing something wrong? I made my own save to make sure the region matches and they are both CUSA13285 so any idea what the issue might be?

I would make sure that before you put the resigned save on your console, first backup then delete your own Hollow Knight saves from your console. It doesn't matter with all games, but it seems to with both Hollow Knight and its sequel.

That said, I have not used the saves in this particular thread. Just offering general, commonly applicable troubleshooting advice that I know has a particular applicability to this game. If still no go, you could figure out which maps you're still missing (either using that save or another in the set where at least one map is left to be collected), then use Save Wizard to throw on "one hit kill," "infinite jump" and if you want "infinite hp" (but with that last one be careful of your mask fragment trophies if you haven't already popped one), then just buzz around the map to grab them. Using a decent online map, should take minutes.
