REQUESTING SUNWING FLYING MOUNT STARTER SAVE (New Game Plus, that starts as early as possible WITH the Flying Mount)

After reading this from Reddit:
"The Sunwing override is available once you reach The Base after Cauldron TAU. You can then find one. The call Sunwing button will also be available. We effectively get the Sunwing a third into the game story now thanks to ng+... All tools carry over and unlock once you reach Chainscrape."

Have a Huge Favor to ask the community or from anyone willing to do this for me and others who want the same thing.
Could someone create a SUPER NEW GAME PLUS STARTER save with Sunwing Flying Mount as early as possible as listed in the above Reddit?
With all Legendaries, and gadgets, skills etc
But the main thing to have the Flying Sunwing Mount as soon as you load into the game for instant enjoyment!
(Many have said that by the time they get the flying mount in the normal game, they're too bored of the game by that time... A Flying Mount Starter save would be amazing! )

Ultra Hard, with Everything... All Legendaries etc New Game Plus...
But please try to get the Flying Mount as early as possible...
And I would like to have side quests INCOMPLETE so I CAN DO THEM LATER ON MY OWN...

I just want an ULTIMATE STARTER SAVE with the flying mount as soon as I load into the game SUPER EARLY via New game plus!

Actually... Difficulty Depends on what you have

IF YOU ARE TRULY OVERPOWERED then Ultra Hard Save
(If you have everything, all skills and every single OVERPOWERED armor/weapons and everything unlocked)

If you don't have everything but still pretty powerful = Very Hard Save


So either Very Hard
or
Ultra Hard depending on how overpowered your character is

I already have everything since this ultimate save is mine. the sooner I can get the sunwing is after cauldron TAU.

EDIT: If possible can you leave most of the quest incomplete so I can finish them on my own?
Like don't do any of the side quests...
I still want challenge, but I like to have the flying mount and all the legendary weapons so I can role out like this:
"Rambo, First Blood: Part II" - Gearing Up - YouTube

Lets Just make it Very Hard to be safe...
Just in case Ultra hard is too annoying...
Very Hard should still be challenging enough without making the gear you got obsolete and underpowered

no problem. I'm pretty much OP so anything lower than very hard wouldn't be challenging at all.
I'm beginning ng+ tonight and will keep you up to date of my progress.

Sorry for the late reply, I was literally 30 feet away from the sunwing but couldn't get access until complete 3 more story missions, it was so frustrating…
