Does anybody here have a modded stater save that's not on NG+? I've already tried Vicodin10 save but it's for NG+

UPDATE: I found a save from Vicodin10 but the only problem is that the save is level 50 with max skills, and I'm looking for one that is at a low level with no max skills. Thanks
