You have to resign it with save wizard which can be bought on savewizard.net

Re-regined EU save form NGU

The save thumbnail probably will appear like non-complete edition, but that's not a big deal for this save. Just upload it to your PS4.

Use LOAD SAVE and find the most recent save file on the list (maybe will appear like a manual save). Kill some machines or finish quest to reach lvl 60.

With this save you can continue and get all other dlc trophies.
