I've been looking for a save like this a lot and since I couldn't find any, I made one myself.

PowerPyx has stated that Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered does not have autopop and you cannot unlock some trophies if you start New Game+.
To be able to unlock all the trophies and get the platinum, you need to start a fresh new game.
So, our best bet to earn all the trophies as quickly as possible without a tedious grind is a modded starter save.

Here you go!
The Manual Save 0 provides you:
- Best Weapons In The Game (incl. Sylens' Lance and DLC ones)
- Best Armors In The Game (incl. Shield-Weaver and DLC ones)
- Modded Coil Modifications (to max all weapons/armors)
- Max Abilities Points
- Max Inventory Cap
- Max Ammunition
- Max Shards

The Manual Save 1 provides you:
- All of the above
- 999999 ammos

EDIT:
I also added a Manual Save 2 to unlock Got the Shield-Weaver Outfit trophy.
Maybe the mod I made to add the armor made this trophy no more obtainable in this save.
So I re-regioned a save from here and included it in the set. Just import it and open the Shield-Weaver treasure box in your inventory.

In order to use this save you must:
1. Resign to your profile with Save Wizard
2. Copy it to your console's storage (caution with overwriting, read notes below)
3. Import into Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered

Important notes:
This save was created from HZD-CE (PC) and will not load in any of the PS4 or PS5 editions, but will import correctly into the Remastered one.
You'll be at the Rost's Hovel with main mission "The Point of the Spear" and objective "Meet Rost at the North Gate" just before Sawtooth fight.
Before loading this save, make sure you first unlocked: Followed Rost’s Teachings, Stealth Killed 10 Machines and Tore Off 10 Components.
If you're using the Manual Save 1 (with 999999 ammos), certain key points of the history will restore your current ammo to game's default.

Correct, but this save will only work with the remastered PS5 version. If you are looking for a save that will work with the PS4 version, I believe there are a few of them scattered around the forums. The below thread has a few saves for the PS4 version, although I am unsure of which CUSA you need:

Just a heads up, used this save to get my platinum and it works great. The Shield Weaver armor trophy is also unobtainable with this save. Even tried dropping the armor from my inventory and no luck. It can be done easily from a fresh save pretty quickly though. Thanks again for the save!

I added a new save file to get this trophy.
Since I had already obtained it, I ended up not realizing that the mod I made rendered it no longer possible to unlock.
Thank you for the info!

Q: Those 3 trophies you mention, can I download this save and then do these?
A: It is no longer possible to obtain the three initial trophies using the modded saves, as the necessary requirements have already been met on them. However, if you prefer, you can still play with the modded save first, and then start a new game from scratch just to get the three trophies.
