i tried resign spiderman save and upload it to the ps plus cloud but after i pressed load a ps4 save when playing on the ps5 the save didn't even load and it said you have to upload a save and also when tried to load the save on the ps4 it didn't even want to load even if i had copied it from the usb to the console storage. note i have the game from ps plus and not bought. also i am from europe
