Unfortunately, the elite difficulty (and thus this trophy) requires the Insurgent Expansion DLC. Since it has been delisted, you can only get this trophy if you purchased the DLC prior to its delisting.

sadge i had no idea my elite save needed the insurgent dlc after server shut down. such an awesome ps4 launch game again
Yeah it is definitely a great game. Graphics still look good to this day. Hopefully someone will eventually release the DLC as an fpkg so we can play the elite difficulty on jailbroken ps4
