I have uploaded a save which has 67/68 treasure chests discovered. The remaining chest can be found in Chapter 13-3. Please follow the video below from 25:18;

As this save has all the gadgets unlocked you will not be able to unlock 'Parts Collector, Doctor's Invention or Doctorate' - However there is another save on here which will allow you to unlock these.

This save can also be used to unlock 'Combo Begineer, Combo Professional and Perfect Action' quite easily by constantly using the circle + triangle attack.
