This trophy is quite infuriating, as failing to push the witness into the ice water results in an immediate autosave and you would have to replay the entire (quite long) mission again.
So this save is right at the start of the chase. When arriving at the ice lake, I was pushing him towards the left side of it and stopped his car by stopping right in front of him.You then have to quickly pull him out of his car and he will start running towards the water. You have to push him a couple times, so he falls in. Sometimes you accidentally break his neck what results in an annoying autosave, but you can then just reload this save here, which makes it slightly less annoying.
