Disclaimer: All the other trophies for the Jimmy's Vendetta's DLC might be able to be unlocked with this save, if that happens, you're welcome.

Didn't see Millionaire available anywhere. Only need 20-30k more xp which can be gotten on the first mission "Lost in Transit" by going around and exploding the cars and build up your multiplier. The cops won't shoot you unless you shoot at/near them. You can kite them near a car you're about to blow up or near an exploded car to kill them with the fire.
