[EU] This is a complete save set for Metal Gear Solid 3 Master Collection on PS4. [CUSA41305]
All save files are in separate folders within one large folder.
They're labeled 001 through 014 just as they appear as save slots in the ingame load menu.
I've tested every save and if you follow the roadmap below, you can go from 0 to 100% in a legitimate order.
Just be mindful of your timestamps. Remember to take time breaks between trophies if you want the times to appear legit.
Pro-Tip: Use the Fake Death Pill if you ever need to reload or exit back to the main menu.

Lay down in the grass as soon as you load in.

[4] Mostly Dead - Use the Fake Death Pill
Hold [L2] and use the [F.Death.P]

[5] Can I Keep It? - Capture any animal alive
Run a little forward and left towards a grassy patch, right before the fallen tree trunk.
Use the EZ Gun to shoot a [Treefrog] within the grass and collect it.
(It will glow white if you equip the thermal goggles.)

[6] Snake Eater - Eat a snake of any type
Open the food menu and eat the [Giant Anaconda] for the trophy.

[7] Raph Called - Make Snake throw up
Enter menu and press [R1] to enter the Viewer. Spin Snake around with the [Right-Stick] for around 20-30+ seconds.
Leave the menu and Snake will puke.

[8] Like He Just Doesn't Care - Hold up an enemy
Sneak behind one of the guards in the area and hold [Square] to hold him up.

[9] Tell Me Where the Bomb Is - CQC Interrogate an enemy
Hold [Circle] to grab a guard, then also hold [L2] to interrogate.

[10] Close Shave - CQC slit an enemy's throat
Hold up a guard, hold [Circle] to grab him, then also tap [Triangle] to slit his throat.

[11] Mama Said - CQC Slam a guard and knock him out
Run at a guard and hold the left stick in a direct as you press [Circle] to slam him.

[12] Beekeeper - Use bees to harass an enemy
Go north into the next map with the rope bridge. Shoot the [Hornet's Nest] in the tree, close to the bridge
It should fall near the guard and pop the trophy.

[13] Prince Charming - Shoot a kerotan for the first time
To left of the previous trophies hornet's nest, is the bright green frog on top of the left bridge support. Shoot it.

[14] Everything is in Season - Collect every type of fruit
Shoot the brown colored fruit in a tree, between the previous Hornet Nest and the Kerotan.
Drop down and collect the [Yabloko Moloko] to unlock the trophy.

[15] Young Gun - Submit Ocelot
Go across the bridge, into the next area and rescue Sokolov from inside the warehouse.

[16] Problem Solved, Series Over - Create the Ocelot Time Paradox
After the cutscene from the previous trophy;
equip the M37 and kill Ocelot who's on the ground unconcious.

[18] Just What the Doctor Ordered - Collect every type of medicinal plant
The last plant is just to the left of the logs blocking the path.
(It will glow white with the thermal goggles.)

[19] Snake Bit - Poison a guard
Turn around, then back into the the next area and north through the swampland.
Run ahead to find a soldier, equip a [Snake A] and toss it at him for the trophy.

[20] Them's Good Eatin' - Collect every type of frog
In the same area as the previous trophy, (Dremuchij North.)
There's the final [Otton Frog] in the tall grass around where the King Cobra is and 2 yellow fruit above it.
Use the thermal goggles for easy vision of it.
(There's another one in the thick grass passed the Green Tree Python if you can't find it.)

[21] Believe it or Not - Catch a Tsuchinoko (mythical serpent)
From the previous trophies keep going north, over the bridge, passed the warehouse and into the large lake area. (Chyomyj Prud)
You'll find it already captured right at the beginning of this area. You can't miss it.

[22] Pain Relief - Defeat The Pain
Win the boss fight.

[23] Tall Tale - Collect every type of fish
Immediatly look straight down and shoot one of the smallest type of fishes you see.
Collect the [Bigeye Trevally] to pop the trophy.

[24] Just Because - Blow up a munitions shed with TNT
You'll find the munutions shed hidden away in the corner of the dock with a small light and the door missing.
Equip the TNT, place it inside and blow it.

[25] The Early End - Kill The End before the boss battle
Leave the area from the starting point, then go left into the next area.
Skip the cutscenes, equip the SVD and before he escapes, kill the old man in the wheelchair.
(If you fail, use the fake death pill, hit continue and try again.)

[26] The End - Defeat The End
Unlocks with the previous trophy.

(Fast method: Use the Fake Death Pill and wait for The Fear to turn his back to you.
Pop the Revivial Pill, quickly drop a Stun Grenade, then just lay into him with the AK-47.)

[28] Fungus Among Us - Collect every type of mushroom
Run forward and you'll find the last mushroom [Baikal Scaly Tooth] behind a rock at the base of a tree.
(It will glow white with the thermal goggles.)

[29] You Snooze, You Lose - Sneak up on The End and hold him up
Go all the way north and exit at the north exit, into [Sokrovenno South]
Keep the EZ Gun equipped to make yourself hard to spot and loop around to the cliff he's hiding on.
Sneak up using the [d-pad] to remain silent and hold him up.
If he says "I don't think so." Move the gun away and back to his head, until he drops the camo.
(Collect his [Moss Camo] for the next trophy.)

Right after the previous trophy; equip the [Moss Camo] that The End dropped and lay down in any mossy patch on the ground.

Directly ahead of where you load in and to the left of the AA Gun is the [White-Rumped Vulture].

Go through the red door you loaded in at and follow the tunnel all the way to the boss fight.

Pick up the Fork.

[35] Don't Touch the Sides - Use a knife to remove a bullet (First opportunity, or you can wait until The Boss fight.)
Let Volgin shoot you to suffer a gunshot wound. (It will appear as red on your lifebar.)
Open the [Cure] menu and fully heal the wound.

The final Kerotan is sat on top of one of the tree's. Shoot it for the trophy.

Find the final 3 snakes, each one close to the logs in the area. [Snake Liquid] [Snake Solid] [Snake Solidus]
They're white and difficult to see in the flowers. I recommend using the Thermal Goggles.

[40] Don't Touch the Sides - Use a knife to remove a bullet (Second opportunity if you didn't use Volgin.)
Let The Boss shoot you, until you suffer a gunshot wound. (It will appear as red on your lifebar.)
Open the [Cure] menu and fully heal the wound.

[41] The Patriot - Defeat The Boss
Win the boss fight.

[42] The Cat's out of the Bag - Catch a glimpse of Ocelot, who's seen behind the president when he tries to shake Snake's Hand
You can skip 2 cutscenes. When Snake salutes the president; hold [R1].
At some point it will turn first-person and you can look left towards the window and spot Ocelot.
(This is also a requirement for the next trophy. Don't skip any cutscenes.)

[43] Snake Eyes - Discover all first-person views that are not indicated by the button icon.
[3/5] The 4th was the previous Ocelot trophy. The final hidden FPV is when Snake salutes The Boss's Grave.
Hold [R1] at this point and you will get a blurred FPV of the graveyard. This will pop the trophy.
