Save starts off right after the tutorial right at the beginning of the first mission. I suggest playing the first few minutes until you get the “Awakening” trophy. (Complete “PROLOGUE: AWAKENING” mission) if your worried about the trophies. Then you can load this save up.

I’d always be weary with modded saves and timestamps. Honestly you’d have to look at the trophies and compare to the mods and see if anything relates.
