I apparently cut it verrrry close on this run lol. Just drag the guard that follows you back to the jeeps over to the jeep opposite Otacon and choke him out (hold square, don't mash it) and run back to the jeep Otacon is in when he falls over to keep him alive.

If stealth camo doesn't pop from this, you can simply complete the game in save slot 2 and it definitely will.

For anyone who wants the elite trophy

I've figured out how to get the elite trophy, yes it will be a little hard to follow, but probably not

Step 1- make a save on hard in the English us
Step 2- get past the first elevator and save (Make sure it is on the 1st storage slot and 1st save slot)
Step 3- use save wizard (Only use the dev mode code)
Step 4- load the save and go to sc10-14, Find s13a (you will now be in blast furnace) walk backwards and walk back into the blast furnace it will now go to disc 2 save
Step 5- use save wizard again (Use all the cheat dev mode, all items and weapons)
Step 6- load the save again and go to demo all - disc 2 - find s2801e0 (If you see a cutscene where solid snake is on the snowmobile you've done it right)
Step 7- enjoy

I've tested if you can use it on integral and you can however it seems a lot easier to get the elite trophy but you have to use dev mode and all items then go to disc 1 find s1803a1 - go into the blast furnace - save and use dev mode again then go to disc 2 - find s2801e0 or s2801f0

OK everyone, having just used this save set to successfully get both the Elite and Dress For The Job trophies I will reword the instructions a little and add some details to help everyone else get their trophies from this save.

Elite
1) You'll need to first download the free DLC called "MGS1 Japan Additional Content"
2) Start the main Metal Gear Solid game (1st of the 4 game choices) and select Japanese as your language
3) Once in the game, select the first memory card slot and the first save file.
4) You'll load in starting at the final chase sequence with Otacon. If you didn't load in here, you did one of the previous steps wrong.
5) Grab the ration before heading up the steps and equip it just in case. When the guards come in, punch them and try to focus on one to knock them out so you dont have to kill him. Soon as you can, get in the jeep. Blow up the barrels to exit the room and hopefully only kill 2/3 guards. If you killed all 3, reload. Finish the chase sequence and watch the credits.
6) The trophy will pop when the Score section appears and shows you got FOX rank.

Dress For The Job
1) This one requires extra steps. From the game selection menu, click on the main Metal Gear Solid game (1st of the 4 game choices), select Japanese and now go to "Edit Saved Data"
2) You have to delete EVERY OTHER SAVE except for the 2nd save on the 1st memory card. The correct save has a time of 3:18. Keep that one and delete all others.
3) Now load up the game and load that save. You'll be at the fist fight with Liquid.
4) Beat the fist fight with liquid and beat the chase sequence afterwards. Killing enemies and using rations doesn't matter.
5) After the credits and score it'll ask if you want to save your clear data, say yes.
6) The trophy will pop when you save the clear data.

There you go! Both trophies done and you saved yourself a ton of time. Thanks 420hotgamergirl!
