*must have DE version US region (cusa05610) -
however cusa01140 (MGSV: Phantom Pain) is universal and can be re-regioned regardless of region

hello! I really appreciate you for sharing this, unfortunately I am unable to re-region this. However hopefully others will stumble across this and use your save to good use! thank you again!

Edit- You shared the Definitive Version however if you by chance do have the previous title "Phantom Pain" version of your save; its a universal serial (CUSA-01140) and I will resign this just fine! if not no worries.

I just found I have the standard version save(CUSA03579), it's basically the same with the previous one.
