I used your save and had an issue which it won't appear on the USB without the config file so I had to use mine .. so all you have to do is delete all your saves then use this save US Toy seller Save[/HIDETHANKS] resign both MetroExodusConfig and MetroExodus save and hit continue in taiga use this below youtube video at 2:17 for reference collect the teddy bear and bam you got it

Thank you so much for your efforts on these save files. It definitely legit. But I can't found anything save file related to "Stand back" and "Join us on air" trophies, please help me?? Also I can't understand clearly on your sentences for english language. Feels like using a crappy google translator (not correct english translate). No offense by the way.
