Did you try zipping the CUSA "folder" so it becomes a "file"?

Yes, all the other Minecraft worlds/saves I've downloaded have a .bin file while this one doesn't, unless I'm missing something?

From what I used all works great. The only one I had trouble with or was buggy for whatever reason was expansion 13. Do appreciate the save though an all in one is quite nice.
