Organized by date obtained, I have no idea if a late save can trigger an early trophy; I haven't tested it.
You have 999 heals. Unfortunately, ammo resets when you reload a save or die, so you can use quick codes to have 999 ammo before using it if you want to shoot instead of melee. I recommend running around ignoring enemies when it's not a boss.
