Hello

For this saves you can get 2 trophies one for conquering whole caladria and second for having 21 clans under you. First one will pop after some time so just wait in city and the second will pop instantly as you start game.
The second file is a trophy save file for game basically if you will do any action that trophy is for like killing a enemy the trophy for 10000 will pop. The specific like killing a king or multiplayer won't.
