I have tried several moded saves with no luck, unfortunately. Please let me know if you have or know of a save that unlocks those trophies:
- Ninja Incarnate: [Battle] Won 100 Flag Battles.
- Ruler of the Battlefield: [Battle] Won 100 Base Battles.

If you want i can edit your save, for the trophy auto pop after 1 fight 😉
