thanks you for the save ,, I can confirm you can get all trophies with this save ..
online trophies just play one game each mode
Electrically Charged does work make sure to change the car color to black
DlC trophies pops as well just do one action
for level trophies, you can get it with your own save by maxing you cop/racer bounty. it will auto pop all RACE/cop level trophies related.

Do you remember which event you used to pop this trophy originally? Or do you have any advice how to achieve it please? Online guides are pretty useless for this one...
