Here's my save for Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2-Crystal Skulls Trophy. The last one left is the 30th skull. You need to backtrack a small bit from the save point. You'll see a rope above you when you load, use that to go back. Make sure you resign the system save in the save file or else the trophy won’t unlock.
